The Australian Council for the Promotion of the Peaceful Reunification of China(ACPPRC) is a non-profit organisation formed in July 2000 at the instigation of concerned Australian community organisations and individuals. Its aims are to unite all overseas efforts to promote and support the reunification of China and to help strengthen the friendly relations and promote exchanges and co-operation between China and Australia.

The Council membership comprises of leading figures in the Australian and Chinese communities with interests ranging from the arts to literature, entertainment, medicine, law, import and exports and representatives from major international corporations.

"Eyes on China" free cataract surgery medical mission is an ACPPRC's annual project. It has become very popular in China and a special patent to the world.
