Q and A on Tibet 2008
ACPPRC Organised "Q & A on Tibet" at Jubilee Room of NSW Parliament House on 24th July to satisfy the many queries raised during a recent unrest in Tibet. At the same time, some queries have been raised about the recent meeting between the Chinese Government officials and the representatives of Dalai Lama. MPs, scholars, media and interested individuals attended the forum.
 
Three prominent Tibet experts from China were presented for the Q & A session. They are Professor Sherap Nyima (pronounced as Xi Rao Ni Ma), Professsor of Tibetology and Vice President (equivalent to our Chancellor) of Central University for Nationalities, Beijing; Professor Hu Yan, Professor of Tibetology and Director of Ethno-Religion Department, the Central Communist Party School (CCPS, equivalent to Official Cadres training College), Beijing; and Professor Tseyang Changngo (Ciyang Qiangepa), Professor of Tibetology and Vice President of Tibet University, Lhasa. These three experts had been studying in many famous Universities and had traveled and written widely on all aspects of Tibet.
